Kia rio Zapp 06 clutch clicking

Hi I have just traded in my old 2003 rio for a 06 kia rio zapp here in the uk, it has not been the best experience as after 300 miles i noticed an oil leak and had to have a new gear box fitted (well newer gear box), I have also noticed that sometimes when pressing the clutch pedal there is a clicking noise just before the pedal reaches the bottom, almost like the sound of a left mouse click only slightly louder, but it doesn't happen all the time? I had thought that maybe this was related to the gear boxproblem but the noise is still there, does anyone know if this is normal?

I just checked and mine clicks as well, just very very quietly. Mine sounds like someone clicking a mouse button across the room. I'm sure that if I heard it before you mentioned it I would have just assumed there was a switch of some sort that the clutch was hitting as it reached full extension.
