How To Get The Manuel Window Handles Off

is there a way to get the manuel window handles off. I even got one of the removel tools for 5 bucks from kragen but it still wont work. it seems like it is chewing it up

i think the window crank has a clip. A "u" shaped clip. roll down your windows half way down. The roller of the window crank mus be pointed upwards so the clip wil be at "u" position. Slide a piece of cloth in to it. Pulling the cloth downwards while shifting from one side to the other, the clip will just pop and down goes your window crank. This is not easy coz you cant see whats happenin inside, but the clip will surely pop of coz the cloth will be pushing the "U" clip downwards.. hope

well i still cant do it. I even took it to the kia dealer like 10 mins away from me. The master mechanic and about 4 other mechanics were all working on it and could not get it off. The clip was exposed but it was like inbewteen the 2 pieces of plastic so they did not know how to get it off. The tooks kia gave them did not even work. so i dont know what to do
