I have a 2005 Kia Spectra 5 with 17x7 ET40 OZ Superleggera wheels and Avon Tech M high performance summer tires.

I purchased the car in November 2004. It's been 17 months now.

I actually want to get out of this car now though because I want a lil commuter car that will free up extra money and get me better gas mileage. With my Spectra 5 i found myself modding the car I bought to focus on the upkeep of my 2 vintage fully restored bmw 325i and M3 (both 1988 models) I rarely drive them...but they are my pride and joys. Both are BMW CCA concours winning cars.

THE rio5 would be the perfect daily driver. I plan to trade in my 05 Spectra5 on the rio5.

I would like to put my Spectra5's OZ superleggera wheels on the rio..but I must find out what the bolt pattern of the new rio is. IS it 4x114.3 or is it the old 4x100?

I asked the dealers when I was driving the rio5, and they had no clue..They didn't call me back after they were "supposed" to do the research.

Hopefully the wheels will work on the rio5 and hopefully I can work out a deal.
I expect a lower monthly payment with my trade in of my 12k Mile 05' Spectra 5.

Anyone know the specs of the RIO5's wheels.
I DO know that the stock offset is ET46. That's it. I'm LOOKING for the wheel bolt pattern.

I'd bypass the salesman and go to the service department and ask to speak with a tech. They'll be able to tell you. I'm surprised none of the people you talked to at a dealer were very helpful in that regard. Failing that, possibly a good high-end tire/wheel shop would know for sure.

I've never looked into it as I've never bought wheels for a car, mine have always worn what they came with...this may change as I'd like a set of steelies with Bridgestone Blizzak snow tires for next winter...
