I'm teaching myself how to make fiberglass subwoofer boxes, and I figured that I will try to make one for my Rio5, that fits in the passenger side of the rear cargo area. If I end up being able to make them look and sound good, I thought you folks might be interested in buying some. I know that they do not make allot of custom parts for our cars yet, so I thought I would try to help out. These may end up looking like thrash, and sounding like a farting frog, so I'm not trying to sell anything yet. I will keep you posted as to the progress of the boxes though. Is there anyone else here that has made, or thought of making, a subwoofer box?

i ALWAYS think of makin 1...just dont haf time...i came up with 2 different way 2 fit a sub in my rio 5 that doesnt take up 2 much space. 1st way is just like how u wana do it, 2nd way is using sollow subs and buildin a box thats about 4inch tall and make into a panel to put on the trunk's floor with the amp beside it under a window.
