Default 2011 rio, Front speakers, can't take window crank off please HELP!!

I tried everything from the rag trick to get the clip off to buying a windows crank tool and i can not for the hell of me get the dam things off.

Car is a 2011 kia rio.

I think those are similar to the later Spectras. I also found that an actual window crank clip removal tool was useless. I ended up using a pick with a hook on it. The clips are the same shape/design they have always been, but they are recessed in the handle so a typical straight tool hasn't worked to well for me.

I can't even see the clip the crank is so tight on the Panel that i cant even make a crack to see the clip....

Typically the way they are positioned is the open end of the clip faces the direction of the crank handle. So the loop would be on the other side, opposite of the handle. I forgot if there is a small round trim piece between the crank and the door panel. If there is, the clip will be between the trim piece and the handle, not the trim and the door panel.
