You don't need to remove the headlight to replace the parking light bulbs, if you have small hands you can get at them from behind , the passenger's side, you have to remove the air duct to allow access to the back of the light cluster, I have changed both of mine without removing either of the headlights.

I'm jealous in this respect techie, I wish my hands were small enough to get back there. Unfortunately I also must remove the housing to replace the bulb. If I struggle with popping the headlamp out I will use a long screwdriver and insert it vertically near where the clip slides in (under the radiator guard). You'll be able to see the gap between the headlamp and the support that it clicks into. That is where I insert the screwdriver (usually a wide flathead), and turn it gently. Works every time.
