Hi, thanks for the PDF - I do have a slight thumping noise from the rear left (I thought it might be something to do with the exhaust system) do you think this part will help cure the temprature related horrible creaking noise as well ??

Cheers
Ron

Out of pocket it is not a recall.

Default Thanks Pulsar86!

I had to address this problem in my sportage last june. I found your post, printed the pdf, and took it to our mechanic. He confirmed that the strut mounts were responsible for the horrible suspension noise. I replaced both rear strut mounts and all four struts.with KYB Excel struts. problem is gone. Even less suspension noise than when we first got the car.

This strut mount issue should be a recall for sure!
