HELP! 2000 Sephia Cylinder #1 Misfire

Hello everyone I am new here.
I have a 2000 Kia Sehia and it has a BLINKING check engine light of P0301 "Cylinder #1 Misfire".
I have checked the compression across all cylinders and they are all right at 150-160 psi.
The car has 92,000 miles on it.

I have been unable to find a diagram to see what the cylinder order is. When looking down at the engine, does cylinder #1 start on the timing belt side or the battery/transmission side?

I'm not very familiar with the distributor less system and that makes it harder to just swap out wires to test if they are bad. All 4 spark plugs looked fine.

What should my next tests be? I would like to swap 2 of the fuel injectors too but I need to know which cylinder #1 is first, thanks for the help :)

Also: I have a junk yard locally that is pull your own parts and I would like to pick up another coil pack, plug wires and fuel injector, what other years and makes of Kia's share those same parts?

Its most likely a bad wire for cylinder 1. It goes Wire to cylinder 1 then Coil over 2 wire to 3 coil over 4.

1. Disconnect from coil and spark plugs.
2. Check for breaks in insulation.
3. Check inside high-tension lead connectors for corrosion or carbon deposits.
4. Connect high-tension lead to an ohmmeter and check resistance.
Resistance: 16kΩ per 3.28 feet (1 m)
5. Replace if defective.

I'm having the same problem with my Kia Sephia, I've tried changing the plug wires and the fuel filter so far and that hasn't done anything. what should i try next???
Welcome to the forum.

When last did you change the spark plugs, what type, and what gap ?

A good sequence would be change the plugs (correct type and gap - NGK 0.030"), then plug wires, coils, .......... a choked fuel filter would cause multi cylinder misfire.
