Default Stalling, hesitation, rough idle

I just bought a 98 kia sephia and it wants to stall during decelleration, gallops when idleling, and hesitates sometimes when you push the gas. It does it most of the time not all the time i went to autozone and got the codes but they didnt tell me what to do.p0103,p1693,p1700,p0604. ive change spark plugs (gapped them too), fuel filter, air filter, high tension cables, iac valve, changed oil, and fresh gas. the mass air flow sensor when i checked it was missing one screw and flopping around, and was a little dirty. Should i change that or just clean it, and what else could be going wrong.

yes thank you. i changed the maf sensor and now it seems to run fine. but when i did i disconnected the battery, i went to have it inspected and they said i had to drive it 50 or so miles to get it to test right. the ecm fuse you were talkin about. would that make it fail the inspection?

No it just wouldnt start if it were blown. In some cases, and I dunno why, some say you have to drive it for the ecu to get "booted up" for say. Ive never had this problem though.
