Looked for info but couldn't find any i thought you had some tech info?
A mechanic told me years ago when i asked him the exact same question regarding my fiesta rear bearing. "Torque wrenches are for amateurs" was his reply. Tighten it up then slacken it back a quarter turn was his advice, and it worked a treat.
I don't know if torquing up this type of bearing is the right thing to do. Tighten it up and see how it feels.
