You don't provide much detail and history, so it's left to wild guessing when offering advice.

If the Check Engine Light (CEL) came on then it will have the error code saved in the ECU - best get the error codes read and it will help with the diagnosis.

It's most likely spark plugs need replacing, and possibly ignition coils and HT wires.
Best to use the standard NGK and gap them at 0.75mm (0.030")
