the tcm is under the left side of the dash. there is a 10mm nut that you have to take off and the tcm should come out. on the connector there is a philips head screw that you have to take out first and a locking tab that you have to pull up and the connector should disconnect. it's pretty easy. just pull the old one out and put the new one in.
