Isu, thank you for your feedback. I'd be very interested to know what they adjusted. They noted that it was two degrees and they fixed it. Since the camber and caster are not adjustable it leaves us to wonder how they fixed it. If they just adjusted the toe setting, it would do little to nothing to solve your pulling problem. You should ask the service manager this. I am on five months of ownership and over 10,000kms and still have not had this problem resolved.
As far as I know the dealership alignment machine is still out of commission. The regional Kia representative could be absorbed in dealing with an explosion at a Kia dealership in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. It killed a 22 year old auto body technician.
