The US one is available on KGIS and the Canadian version is here.

Where do I find diagrams/service information for the KIA Sorento?
You would be best served to get an account on KIA Global Information System (KGIS) located at www.kiatechinfo.com. This website is a gold mine of information and contains service information, diagrams, TSB bulletins, owner manuals for many KIA models (1995+ and newer KIA models sold in the US) including the 2014+ KIA Sorento.

Guys, how do you change the inside temp from Fahrenheit to Celcius?

Also, how do you change the two-stage unlock to single-stage?

Thanks!

How do you really adjust HID low beams on SX trims?

Before you point me to the downloadable PDF file, yes I've already seen that but it just points the vertical adjustment of the lowbeam with a screwdriver drawing. But when you check the back of the headlight itself, you'll see that there's not even a "screw" that you can turn to make things move up and down.

I've also had the dealer adjust it to "specs" but i'm still unhappy about it. And i'm 100% sure that it's not 33" off the ground at 25ft. More like half of that.

Help!

You can download all the manuals from kiatechinfo if you have an account on kia.com (kia owners), it redirects there and you can access all of them (any year, any vehicle). I just pulled down PDF's for everything. Much easier to read on the computer (and you can search the manuals as well!)

The problem with that, at least for me anyway, is when I tried to register, it says that my VIN is invalid, does not exist. I pulled it straight from the VIN plate. I double and triple checked to see if I got it wrong, but still get the same response. Anyone else had this happen to you?:puzzled:

Kia Global Information System (KGIS)

It used to be a free web site that provided service & maintenance details for free.

Then they made you pay for it.

For many years, Kia Motors America has provided no cost access to www.KiaTechInfo.com as a complimentary service to its customers, although most other competitors charge for access to their service support websites. Because Kia vehicles have advanced technology requiring specialized training, tools and equipment, the information contained in this website is largely tailored towards the professional technician and effective October 17, 2014, the site has been changed to a subscription-based, pay per use site.

I just read a post on MSN, the 2021 Sorento going 4 cylinder ONLY, dropping the V6 entirely.
Standard 2.5L and turbo version which doesn't measure up to the V6 and towing capacity dropping by 1500lbs.

I won't be an owner of any newer model. I've had 4 cylinder and never again. V6 is the way to go and don't want the likelyhood of issues with turbos as I go well over the warranty period (200,000km).

This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
