Yes, yes -- true. I do not. It's only because there are just 2 KIA dealerships close by and this one is the one that's the most convenient by a long shot. But if they didn't honor an honest warranty issue I doubt I'd go out of my way to purchase another one. On the other hand, I could understand it if someone damaged the vehicle.
