2013 starting problems

hello, sorry if this ends up in the wrong place, i'm new here.
i purchased a new 2013 v6 lx sorento about two months ago, its a key start not push button, i ususally park it in the garage so i don't lock the doors. two weeks ago i went out in the morning, no start"crank", tried it several times wouldn't do anything, i pushed unlock on my remote and it started, fine the rest of the day,same thing next day, no start, push unlock button and it started , on third day wouldn't start no matter what i did, had it towed to dealer, they checked battery ,and starter, alternator failed load test, they replaced alternator. a week later no start untill i push remote unlock button, back to dealer. they could not duplicate, worked fine for another week now it did it again this morning, anyone out there had a similar issue, i checked battery, 12.5 not running, 14.4 when running, dealer says they can't fix it unless it does it while they have it, no loaner car so i'm really not too thrilled to leave it there and have no car, thanks

Contact KIA Headquarters and describe problem and unsatified work by dealer. Dealer gets rated by HQTRS on quality of work reported by owners. KIA Hqtrs tries to have good owner satisfaction. Have work order number handy. Request loaner car if no way to get to and from work/dealer without it. Unfortunately some dealers really can't trouble shoot well, many were former used car dealers with small repair operations. Once if you can get Hqtrs involved, oversight will be strong to solve problem.
