I got a recalll on that issue and they replaced the strut bearing assemblys and that cured the problem

nous avons le même problème de bruit a l avant droit. après plusieurs changement de pièce, le bruit revient après. nous retournons au garage la semaine prochaine.

The thrust bearing between the top of the strut and the strut mount that protrudes into your engine compartment. The strut turns with the front wheels, the mount doesn't, and the thrust bearing allows for that turning.
