Hope this is a one time event. Stopped at HD today to pick up some stuff and when I returned to my vehicle, foot on brake, in park hit the start button and the engine just turned over and over all by itself without a start. My finger no longer was on the start button but it sat there and continually tried to start. Pushed the button, engine stopped cranking, waited 10 seconds and tried again, it started like normal:eek:

Mee, that is my common problem and seems to be my nightmare for sometimes. When this happen, I do the same, I stopped and waited for a while and re-hit the start button. I'm not sure if this occurrence is limited to Push Button Starts only. Another remedy, insert the FOB into it's slot and re-hit the Push Button Start. If these two options won't help for sometimes, then let us know.

Funny you should mention that. I just replaced my battery a couple of weeks ago after it left me stranded. Had AAA come out and according to their tests the battery was only putting out 50% of what it should have. Also, there was a bulge on one side. The thinking was a cell went bad.
