Default Lower control arm bolts

Does anyone here know what the size and grade of the bolts used on the lower control arms. Mine are frozen and can not be used to adjust the camber. I am using penetrating oil to soak the bolts and nuts as I am not only going to replace the bolts but the bushings too. When I get the new bushings in the mail, I will then start to take the arms off and replace the bushings along with new bolts.

Had to order the camber adjuster bolts as they will need to be cut out using a reciprocating saw. Kia was the only place to get these and they are not cheap. I already have the new bushings and new sway bar links, also check the lower and upper ball joints plus the tie rod ends and they are all fine. If I had the dealership do this it would have run me pretty high numbers on the bill considering they get $80.00 an hour for labor.

And out of the goodness of your heart you are going to post the sizes of the bolts and whether they are left hand or right hand threads. Thanks.

Here are the part numbers for the adjuster bolts for the lower control arms. One is for the driver side and the other is for the passenger side. My dealership charged me $48.39us for all 4.

54220-3E200 passenger
54220-3E000 driverside
