Default Keyless entry problems.

The keyless entry kinda worked when it wants my wife tells me, So I replaced the battery in the remote. Now it kinda works when it wants. First nothing, then it works, then it will open the drivers door on the first push of the button. But it wont open the remaining doors on the second push of the button. Also it wouldnt open the rear hatch. So I am thinking although the battery was just bought the other day, I should just buy another to make sure thats not the problem. Were does the car recieve the signal from the transmitter, does anyone know? Also I checked the fuse box I didnt see anything pertaining to the keyless entry although I doubt that would be it, if it were a fuse then nothing would work. But hey I'm just checking all the starting points ya know.

Any Ideas? Are these common for the Kia Sorento's? I also am thinking about just getting a new transmitter. IDK yet.

Would reprogramming the remote help? Or would that only apply if none of it works ever? Ours is working here and there.

Thanks
