Need help in choosing MP3 Player

Dears,

I'm new in forum, and this is my 1st post, I have Seorento 2006. And want to replace the current radio/CD package with a touchscreen MP3/radio/DVD player. I searched over the internet and found Pyle (PLDN72BT) ... and wondering if this one can fit easily in my Sorento, or needs some issues I should aware about?
I'll appreciate if you can help in that since I'm not that much technical and I'll buy the product online, because it's not available in stores where I live. Here is the product link to see the features, dimensions, and so on:

I Installed a Double Din System in my 2005 Sorento and very happy with it.
