Default 2005 Kia Optima Stereo Install

I recently installed a Dual XR4115 stereo into my 2005 Kia Optima and forgot to disconnect the battery while installing. I burnt the fuse to the stereo and fixed it and I think I also burnt out the illumination as well which I have not been able to fix yet.
To get to the point I got the new stereo installed and it turns on, but no sound comes out when I attach a flash drive into the usb port and it shows that its playing on the display. I was mostly wondering how I go about fixing the speaker problem and also the illumination lights on my dashboard. If you need any more information please let me know.

I'd go through the fuse panel and check for stereo and a seperate one for speakers. I can't remember mine if they are seperate or not. But if the unit got jolted to blow the fuse some might have got through and fried something... Idk, first the fuses then I would try and wire(via the harness) directly to a home stereo speaker or something, just to test it out to make sure the unit is good.
