My Sedona has had enough problems that I would be on the fence about buying another. It's the local dealership that made my mind up about never buying another KIA. Dealing with Butler KIA has been a pain to say the least. I have had to be rather forceful getting them to treat me fairly. So now every time I go in for service (which with my car is often

) the atmosphere is a bit tense.
The last four cars my wife and I have owned were two Fords, an Acura, and a Subaru. First, we didn't have anywhere the near the problems with the vehicles, but the dealers were pleasant to deal with. I was shocked when the KIA dealer told me they were keeping my van with 38 miles on it for at least a week and refused to offer me a loaner vehicle.
