Default Oil in spark plug chamber

As it says in the topic, I have oil in the spark plug chamber. I went to take out my spark plugs and when i removed the coil packs I noticed oil with the spark plugs. I read somewhere that this might be a valve cover gasket problem, but all the valve cover gasket pictures I see don't show any gaskets in that area, just around the edge. Anyone else have this problem, and what is the solution?

I did, I went to the Kia dealer and got it for 7 bucks, and replaced it...seems to be holding up so far
