the timing belt is usually 4-5 hours plus the cost of the tensioner and belt. the water pump is usually another half an hour plus the cost of the pump. if you do the water pump and timing belt separately they're gonna charge you for 4-5 hours labor both times so you'd save money by doing them at the same time. the rest of the 60K maintenance takes another 3-4 hours plus the cost of the materials. cost varies with different dealers so you'd have to call your dealer or stop in to see how much they'd charge for the package. the dealer i work for has a set price for timing belts, depending on the engine, and the maintenance packages (6K, 15K, 30K, 45K, 60K, etc). roughly for an entire 60K you'd expect to pay anywhere from $800 to $1200. it just depends on the labor rate of the dealer.
