Default 03 Optima CV Boot

Having balked at the $70 that the dealer wanted for a boot kit I did some looking. I have found nobody local that carries a boot kit that says it will work on an Optima.

However I have found some that are listed for the same generation Hyundai Sonata.

Now I know that the original Optimas were heavily based on the Sonata and that most parts are the same, I am wondering if that is the case here with the CV Boot? Will I be OK getting Sonata Boot (Actually it's a fit's many boot) of am I going to have to get the shaft from the dealer?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Yeah, if the joints are worn in addition to the boot being gone, then it would be best to get a complete shaft at AutoZone or drive train specialist place.
Some sell refurbished shafts, but I prefer to go with new.
