Default New Kia Owner - Dealership Can't Figure Out Idle Problem

OK so I bought a 2004 Optima last week, and the place I bought it has since been trying to solve an idle problem for me.

The car runs AWESOME when driving, but when I come to a light, the idle drops a bit, and the car almost feels like it wants to pull forward...and the engine pulses. Almost as if I am stepping on the gas and the brake at the same time.

They have changed:

Mass Air Control Sensor
Plugs
Wires
Both Coil Pack
PCV Valve
Cleaned the throttle body

And still it is acting up. No check engine light, and besides this the car runs like new.

Anyone experience this?
