Well I guess I've been quiet about my current issue at hand. But now I need to know what I should do and to see if my ideas are the right one. So here is the issue:
Recently I've notice that my baby stutters from time to time when she's idling. I guess a bit of a hiccup if you will. The RPM will be around the 700 - 800 mark when the engine is warm. But sometimes the rpm will drop slightly to 600 - 700 and back up again. It's VERY slight (mind you) and not violent. The only other thing is that when I hit the gas (from stop) the car would feel like it's struggling to get going and would shake a bit. I'm not sure if I explained it to where you can understand with out actually being in the car, but hopefully I did. NEWayz, my theory is that I might need to replace the sparkplugs (again). I've recently cleaned out the carborator and the spark plugs and it worked for a little while but went back to how it is now. The oil was changed recently and I recharged my K&N air filter. I just don't know what else to do. I might have to talk to my friends dad who is a master mechanic. But if anyone here can help me then I would appreciate is. Thanks for reading.

BINGO! Most likely you have simply over oiled your filter and have contaminated the MASS AIR FLOW sensor, located somewhere in the piping between filter box and your throttle bodie(carb). Best way to re and re a K & N filter is to only do it if you have 4 or 5 hours to complete all the steps, also don't clean it that often, K&N recommends about every 18 months or so. When I re-oil my own i generally leave it for an hour after just to soak in, even so i still take a rag or shop towel and wipe any excess oil off.
There is a Tech Bulletin for hesitation on cold start that says to flash the ECM with an update (dealer service). But you say this happens when the engine is warm, sooooo.... Replacing the plugs may help. Also consider replacing the plug wires.
Have you noticed a difference in your gas mileage? Sometimes it degrades too gradually to notice, but if you compare it to several months ago it may be significant.

It could, but then again I'm pretty carefull at how much oil I put on it. And I do let it soak in. I'll take a look this weekend to see if there are any oil that is in the MAF or the Throttle. Thanks for the reply.

Hmm, sounds like something I can swing by the dealership and see what's going on. The only problem is that I now have OVER 72,000 miles on it and I'm not sure if it will be covered by any warranty. But I'm getting around 350 - 400 miles to the tank. so that hasn't really changed all too much. But then again, i do have a heavy foot!
Stick with the MAF, if you hook up a scanner that can show you real time resistance readings, i'm willing to bet your MAF or an O2 sensor is going crazy. I have an OTC Genesis that I use, it's miles above what any backyard dude would have, but If you can get a shop with one of these or a MAC Mentor(they are the same product), you will be able to see the variances and sine wave action, also both machines can capture to download to a PC or just playback for the dealer. I have done this with a problem I had with a previous and it went a long way to convincing the local service dept there was a problem.
