Default 06 Optima grill (aftermarket)- additional ?

I was looking for a previous post by someone asking about an aftermarket grill for the Optima but cannot find it. I'm interested in the same thing and wanted to know if anyone had heard of any offerings, other than make one yourself.

Okay, not much response to this. Can anyone tell me if any of the previous year Optimas came equipped with a front grill that didn't include the KIA logo?

I don't have any issues with KIA (i own 3 of them) but want a different/cleaner look to my new Optima. I want a grill for the front that will be a little different. Any comments welcome.

I guess I should have researched my own grill before I started asking questions. Yesterday I removed the grill and unscrewed the KIA logo from the back then reinstalled the grill, looks good. Now I will look into painting the whole grill the same as the body color and pretty much get exactly waht I was looking for.

Well, I also believe you can swap your grill with a 2003 model. It's probably something you were looking for.

Looks good.. but I've noticed on my 2004 that some of the paint has chiped off the grill from rocks and what-not. I think that it's chrome under the black paint. But then again, I could be wrong.

I have a 04 optima LX and when I took off my emblem... there where 2 holes. From some reason the kia logo had to pointed chrome parts pointing out in the back. i must have gotten a dod because all the other pics like SPEC SX is fine with no holes. any ideas how to do up the holes?
