I am wondering if anyone has had the issue that I am having? I have an 04 Optima, with the Infinity stereo system. The only major issues I have had are with the stereo. 1- the passenger rear speaker quit, brought it to the dealer (after three trips it was replaced) 2- The Amplifier in the back "Blew" the dealer replaced it with an amp from a vehicle on the lot. 3- Now both rear speakers are not working. I have not had a chance to start ripping it apart to diagnose the problem, but has anyone had similar issues? My Optima now has 50,000 miles. The dealer told me that factory warranty for stereo stops @ 30,000 miles. I purchased the extended warranty through the dealer, but it does not cover stereo. My guess is, I should bite the bullet and buy a good system for the car and start from scratch? Any opinions?

Uhh.. well.. it all depends.. how much do you LOVE music?

ME = LIVES for MUZAK! :P
So, ME = Bought Rockford Fosgate 6x9" 3-Ways for the rear and Pioneer 6.5" 2-Ways for the front. YES, I mismatched.. BUT they were GREAT deals! Now I need to figure out WHICH company I would like to stick with.. more than likely it'll be with RF and/or Lightning Audio (who is owned by Rockford Fosgate) and of course, the ALL important CD Deck (W/ AUX Input for my MP3 player). NEWayz, if you love your music then you should always upgrade your sound system. You don't have to go spend $2K-$3K for it.. but make sure that you get the most for your money!

OH, also you can always check out the Audio/Video section on KIA-forums.com for ideas and such.. other than that there's always Crutchfield for info on what's HOT and what's NOT! Good Luck!
