Thumbs up

Here's a thought! I've got the chance of getting a rear spoiler off a Lexus IS200 and was wondering if it would look ok on the magentis. I went onto a body styling site and looked up the dimensions of both the Lexus & Kia OE spoilers and they are similar in size. If you look at photos of the rear of both cars the curvature of the trunk lids are similar to!!! So unless anyones knows for sure it wont work I'm going to give it a go and if it turns out ok I'll post the pics up on here........

Any thought or comments would be happily received by myself and everyone else on here who's into a little experimenting

yeah definitely. Anything's possible if your imagination is creative enough. I recently aquired a spoiler from a ford escort and put it on my other car; a mitsubishi mirage. Everyone who has seen it tells me it looks good! Good Luck! I too wanna see pics!

NEWSFLASH

A spoiler off a Lexus IS200 looks fantastic on my Magentis. Now I havent fitted it properly yet so no pics as yet (sorry) but now I can't wait to get it painted and fitted. I just placed it on the trunk and couldn't believe how even the contoured edges of it matched the sleek lines of the car!!!!! Watch this space! I'm going to get some paint tomorrow so give me a few days and I'll post some pics!

Tried to get the paint locally but the paint shop hasn't got the mixing values for my colour (Kia Metallic blue). I'm in no great rush ,to be honest, I'm not sure to paint it the same as the car or go for another colour. Anyone got any suggestions?

I always think it looks good when a spoiler is the same color as the car.
