optima beats (ford focus) on gas milg, ride , handling ,and power.

Maybe 0-40kph, the lighter focus might still has better pickup unless you push the Optima to 3,000rpm. Between 50kph-150kph, suspect focus has little chance.

That's why choosing a car based on advertisement, market sentiments, looks and worst, selling price often ended up like this.

Of course the Optima is better than the Ford Focus. I have driven both. I have a 04 Optima. My mother in-law once owned a Focus. I was not impressed with the Focus at all. The Optima is a much better car.

the jacskon racing focus svt supercharged is a mean machine..... thas the only focus id buy and id have to get a sick deal to buy a ford lol.

I used to have a ford mondeo 2.0l estate part ex'd it for my magentis....2 weeks later "What car did I used to own???"

I had raced with Mondeo a couple of times. Seems to me their drivers are just too shy to go beyond 150. Or is it the car? Focus - out of the question.
