Default 2005 Cinco keeps blowing ROOM fuse

This just happened out of nowhere and ive been unable to find a wiring diagram to assist me with what circuits and systems utilize or connect with the ROOM fuse which I know powers the radio, the dome light, and the clock. i tried replacing the fuse but as soon as the fuse blades touch the receptacle the fuse blows, even with the vehicle off. can someone offer a suggestion or two, or have a copy of the particular wiring diagram i would need?

also another electrical problem that ive had sincei bought the car (new I might add) i took her in 3 times to have it fixed and everytime the mechanics at the dealership couldnt figure it out....the power windows seem to be attached somehow to the seatbelt warning light on the dash since they will intermitantly stop working and i only know they are working again when the seatbealt light flashes for a few times then stops...sometimes the seatbelt light will alternate with the turn signals...and sometimes it wont. any suggestions here would also be helpful.

i replaced the stock stereo with a better one but its worked fine for years and has an inline fuse by itself so why would the stereo cause it to blow? aside from positive and battery and the ground i cant think of anything on it that could cause the fuse to blow everytime.

try to remove the light bulb in the dome put a fuse in and see if it blows. If it does then thats the problem, if not remove the stereo and try again. did you tape the wires on the stereo or use butt connecters?? If tape maybe a piece of tape fell off
