2002 kia rio key/ignition problem

Hello everybody,



Lately I have been having a problem with my 2002 kia rio when I want to turn on my car. I have to mess with my key a bit and move the steering wheel just so that I can turn my car on. I have a manual rio if it helps and it has around 120,000 miles. Does anyone know a good solution so that My key wont break off and get stuck in the ignition. All advice is deeply apreciated!!!

Go get a new key at the dealer. Sounds like your key is worn out. Make sure you get it from the dealer as you need the key code so they will cut from the code and not your key. If you go to one of those key cutting guys in the mall or something they will just replicate your key which doesn't work and you'll have 2 keys that don't work.
