i think he wants to know how much it is to go 1 km. If I remember my math. I think he means $4.00 a gallon cost. and say its a 9 gallon tank so $4.00x9=36.00. Now if your getting 400miles to empty take 36.00/400=0.09 so it take 0.09cents a mile to run the car

100km (62Mi) assume 30mpg so (~2 gal) 7.6L per 100km
Top speed ~175kph (~110mph) Really depends on conditions, may be electronically limited in your country
Power I'd estimate ~72-75HP (55KW)

*I am giving my opinion / best guess for the above, we do not have the 1.3 in the US.

We never had the 1.3 here, by the time you flog a small engine to keep up with US traffic, it is actually more efficient to move up to a larger engine.

7.6L per 100km
right ?
so mean 7.6L * 2.7 =rm20.52
it mean 1 km = rm 0.2052 right??

The 1.3 Rio was never sold here, the Ford Aspire had the same basic engine as the 1.3 rio, but once again all markets are different, in some markets a Catalytic converter is optional, some countries require larger injectors since their fuel quality is low so the a/f ratio is not 14.7 to 1 as it is in the USDM/JDM/EURO markets. Some countries and markets use different gear ratios since their terrain is rugged. All drivers have different driving styles, accessories affect the mileage ac vs no ac. Tire width, inflation, rolling resistance.

There are countless variables that affect mileage, all that matters is that YOUR car is maintained, and all the engine sensors are working properly and that should give you mileage compariable to that of others operating similar cars in your area.
