I own a 2002 Kia Rio 1.5L Auotmatic, my 10 Amp fuse under the dash is blowing that protects the Meters on the Instrument Cluster and the Shifter Lockout soleniod circuit. I just wired a trailer light harness with a Drawtite adaptor kit. What is the relationship between the tail lights/trailer lights and the 10 amp Meter fuse/Shifter Lockout soleniod circuit?
