My brake lights just dun’t work any more . I have a RIO Cinco . Its not that they’ve given up working altogether but sometimes they do glimmer. I took it to the dealer and he says maybe I need to check the brake oil. I checked it too, but the car wasn’t low in brake oil. What could it be?? A loose connection..? Something wrong with the electrical system?? What..???

The brake fluid would have nothing to do with you brake lights getting dimmer. What is going on when they are dimmer? Do you have your stereo on, ac on? What?

You could have a wire that is comming lose somewhere. Your battery may also be going. Does it start right up? We need some more information to help you out here! Thanks.

Matt
