Usually if the radiator and fan(s) have been damaged on small cars like the KIA-Rio/Hyundai-Accent the "frame" it mounts in gets damaged also.
The radiator is "easier" to replace in a car that has a manual transmission as there are extra hoses/lines on the bottom of the radiator on a car that has an automatic.

Neither the radiator or the fans are really hard to replace and requires only a good set of metric sockets (8mm to 15mm) and a pair of channel-lock pliers to squeeze the clamps holding the two large rubber hoses on the radiator. The fans are usually bolted (2 bolts) onto the top of the radiator and the bottom drops into slots also attached to the radiator. You then just unplug the bad ones and plug in the good ones.
If you have (or had) air conditioning the condenser (looks like a radiator also) is mounted in front of the radiator and probably has also been damaged. Try to see if you get cold air before you remove it (the condenser). My son's Accent had a damaged radiator but the AC condenser was bent but still held freon and worked. I used two 2x4 pieces of wood and 2 "C"clamps to squeeze the condenser back flat and remounted it on the new radiator. If your condenser is badly damaged you can remove it (two fittings) and replace it later...Your car will still run without it..just no AC.
Look to pay about $75 each for a used radiator and fans at your local boneyard.
Be sure to get at least 1 gallon of antifreeze also.
Just moderate mechanical knowledge is needed to do what you need to do..

Post pictures of the condenser/radiator/fan(s)/fan shroud...
Also of the lower frame bar (underneath the radiator).

Check out "car-part.com" for local yards with parts

Salvage yards are usually not open on Saturday and Sunday

This yard is 11 miles from N.Charleston, SC

2003 Cooling Fan (Rad and Con mtd.) Kia Rio KIA39 $40 Auto Salvage Company, Inc. USA-SC(Ladson) 1-877-999-1995

or
2005 Hood Kia Rio WHT,4DR,000,LITE SCUFF,LOCAL KIA37 $100 Auto Salvage Company, Inc. USA-SC(Ladson) 1-877-999-1995

The prices are quite good compared to "new" and you should be able to get your RIO running fairly quickly...

Headlights also usually get damaged in a front end accident.. Check out ebay for new aftermarket replacements as they are usually the cheapest place to find them and they look and work exactly like the original OEM headlights..

Only one fan?
No AC?
Does the radiator leak?
Does the hood open?
Does the engine run...any grinding or scraping noises?
Does the car move under it's own power, forward backward?
Are the tires/rims rubbing against the fenders? Does the direction of the passenger wheel match the drivers? (could have damaged tie rods, rack and pinion, lower suspension)
Where the passenger fender attaches to the inner fender...Is the inner fender badly bent? Is the fender pushed back into the passenger door?
What does the driver's side look like?
The bumper reinforcement (actual bumper inside plastic cover) is attached to what is called the "horns". They are an extension of the frame. The should come out of the body straight forward (not bent left, right, up or down).... are they straight?
If not the car will need a visit to a body shop with a frame rack to pull them straight again. (aprox $200~300).
How about some under the hood shots (radiator frame), radiator position, radiator frame attachment points,. Some side shots of the car's front areas (fenders, doors).

You need to remove the damaged parts to get a good look at what is damaged underneath them and make a judgment call on "if" you are up to the job of repairing the damage. Take a lot of pictures as you tear the car down for reference and get plastic zipper sandwich bags to put parts in. Mark the bags with a magic marker as to what they are and where they go.
Visit iaai.com and look at the same model and year of car as yours to get an idea where everything should be..
Looks like you will be visiting a bone yard soon...

Yeah I got my car back to the house and I took the hood off, removed the bumper, radiator, radiator fan, ac fan.. So now I'm looking for the parts not to much damage done to the car I had the tow truck guy take his wench and pull the bar that holds the radiator and latch for the hood back into almost normal condition not only that but I had him pull the hood and fender. This way I don't need to get a come along and do it.. saved myself some $$$.. anyways I will post those pictures of what it looks like now. . I am really happy I think that is all is wrong with it right now I can start the car and drive it on and off the tow truck so this is a good sign!
