tgone Newbie Join Date: Feb 2011 Location: canada Posts: 1 Drives: harley Gallery: 0	2004 transmission wont shift ---its a 2004 kia rio -when i put it in drive -it pull s away in second -can shift down manually and up to second manually by putting it in 2nd or drive--no third gear--have changed the sensor in rear of trans --the one with the gear and the one in the front --no change--any ideas out there--thanks Last edited by tgone; 02-06-2011 at 04:40 PM.

Car will only cruise to 2500 RPM's and will not shift out of first unless manual placed into second gear. I scanned the car and got DTC P0731... Is it the speed sensor or transmission???
