Default AC Air conditioning problems

I would do a search.. But AC is too short of a word/acronym..

My AC seems to not be working..

The compressor seems to kick on when I press the AC button, but I get no COLD Air..

I bought an AC kit to check the pressure and recharge the unit..

It wasn't empty but it was pretty low..

So I followed the instructions and started charging.

Next thing I know after about 20 seconds it showed I had too much..

So I started letting some out....

I got it down... But I am still not getting any cold air..

Any recommendations...

Is their somewhere I can take it to get it looked at for free..

Thanks

Did you buy a recharge hose with the gauge level if so you should turn on your ac at least for five minutes so it can cycle on and off for some time tthen you can get the real reading off the gauge ,when I bought the kit to refill my spectra I made the mistake of putting it on without ciclying the Ac and got a overcharge reading hope this helps.
