Default 2002 Kia sportage fuel pump

What do you use for replacement hardware to secure the fuel pump? Every rusted fastener that holds the pump assembly to the tank twisted off. Do you just drill thru, and install new bolts. Is there another method of repair? Thanks for your help.

Whatever you do, just know that it must be an air tight seal. I work at a dealer so whenever I come across this, we replace the tank. I don't recommend drilling on a fuel tank for any reason.
