Headlight alignment (2002 Sportage)

I've looked around my headlights and I cannot find a way to align them.

I know they're high since I have people flashing their brights at me when mine aren't on, and when they are, they're quite high off the ground. In fact, so high that they light highway signs to a blinding degree of reflection.

Can someone give me a clue where the alignment adjustments are?

I've tried, believe me. When I go to the site, I try "Register". Then when I try to select my vehicle type, but it won't let me, and when I click "Create account", it tells me I have to check the usage agreement. Clicking *that* link only brings up a blank window. (in both IE and Firefox)

I cannot create an account to access this site. :-/
