Angry what's left?

My Kia recently over heated on the interstate . So i had it towed to my local garage.
They replaced quite a few hoses ,the bypass hose had a big hole in it where it had been rubbing in the metal clamp.
New thermostat.
The guy said cylinder head was ok.
Anyways i got it back and it was running a little hotter than usual until today when i drove home from work (about 11 miles) and it over heated again.
I don't want to take it back to the same garage so what is left that can be causing it to over heat?

fan clutch?
clogged radiator?
coolant heat switch?

It's already cost me $800 so any ideas would be great.

Could be a bad waterpump or something simple like being air locked.
