I just changed my spark plugs yesterday with NGK Iridiums and now that everything is back together, the engine is kinda spitting and sputtering. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Recheck the spark plug gap. Was it sputtering before you changed the plugs?
I tried putting the old plugs back in and that didn't help. I have a check engine light on which one reason is my coolant temp sensor but I knew that was bad. the other code is mass air sensor low input. what exactly does that mean and would that cause my problem?

Check the integrity of the large bore flexible pipe between the MAF and the throttle body - possibly a leak in that section is causing a lower than normal MAF signal.

I looked up how to test the MAF so I will check it out and see if thats it. I thought at first the coils weren't seated right on the plugs but I pulled them off and put them back on again and still the same thing happens. not sure if its missing or not because the check engine light isn't flashing, plus I didn't get any misfire codes.
