Default Problem after transmission coolant line replacement

I have a 2002 Kia Sportage, automatic transmission with 4WD. One day last week on my way to work the transmission started to slip. By the time I got to work I was able to park and check the ATF level which was very low. When I added more and checked again, the fluid was pouring out of the car, so we pushed it to a nearby service station. There they replaced the metal coolant line as well as a worn out fuel line. Now it seems when I drive it, it lacks pep. It doesn't shift rough and shifts when appropriate. It just doesn't move forward like it used to. Does anyone have any idea what it could be. I am going to take it to a tranny shop to get checked out next week, but its always best to be prepared. Thank you!

Just a thought, perhaps the new fuel line is kinked, or of a smaller diameter, limiting fuel pressure.
