Warning Light Coming on- 2000 Sportage

For the last few days, a warning light to the left and below the "C" on my temperature gauge has been flashing off and on- not all the time but mostly when I brake. The icons/light looks like the hatch but with dashed lines representing washer fluid sprinkling. Does anyone have any idea what this light represents?

Rear washer fluid level indicator? Makes sense when your braking and the light comes on.
