Default 2001 kia sportage coil electric

hi, I am working on an 01 sportage and its only firing on 2 cylinders. #2 and 3. I hooked up a test light to the coil for the # 1 and 4 and nothing. so i connected my test light to the connector and i have blinking at the connector before the coil but not through the coil. also i have 12 volts with the key on at 3 of the 4 connectors. the other has really high voltage showing. it the wire that comes from the ECM to the coil that has high voltage. I know that both coils are good. can the computer be bad? or is there somthing else that can be wrong. I am getting trouble codes p0300, 0301, 0304, and ecm error code. forgot what code that was. sorry. please help.
