front speaker question

hi guys i understand on the 2001 kia sportage they come with 4 inch speakers with tweeters up front but my question is this my first car i ever own that had this in it and wa wondering do they have cross over inside the door pannels for the setup up front because i was thinking about getting some new speakers for my front and was not sure if i should replace both tweeters and 4 inch speakers or if i could just get new 4 inch speakers and keep the tweeters up front

Hi and welcome. According to my manual the feeds to the tweeters (and indeed all speekers) come from connector c230 which is behind instrument panel. Hope this helps.
