Default 02 Manual Hub Swap

Ok I bought a set of manual locking Warn hubs and was wondering if someone could give me a step-by-step of how to install them. I've never torn apart 4wd systems before and don't want to mess anything up. Thanks.

Where did you find them for a 2002? Or are you using the 95-01 application?

I'm using th 01 application because I was told they were the same. I attempted to pull the old ones off and got one side almost all off but the one phillips screw rounded out. Anyone have any suggestions to get past that?

I'm not sure what Phillips screw you are referring to. On my '01 Sporty the hubs are held on with 6 10mm bolts. All I had to do was unbolt the hubs and bolt the new ones back on, ditching the flat washers.

If you are talking about the plate with all the holes behind the hub, that needs to stay. It is held in place by 2 philips screws, and is the adjuster for the wheel bearings.
