Exclamation 2000 kia not getting spark

Hi,
My 2000 sportage was running fine this morning. I took it to the shop to seal a flange that came loose. He fixed it, I drove off. Turned off the car, now it wont start. It acts like it is not getting fuel and has no spark. Looked under the hood. Where in the world are the spark plugs?? I am blonde but not blind.
Any help would be great.
Thanks
Alison

Hope this helps. Check out the pic. The plugs go down through the valve cover on top of the Head.
